Upon arrival Nairobi airport pick up and depart to Ol Pejeta conservancy, a privately-owned 90,000-acre wildlife conservancy. The conservancy sits on the equator, high on a plateau, between the foothills of the Aberdare’s range and Mount Kenya. Ol Pejeta is home to the last two remaining northern white rhinos, and a sanctuary for over 165 critically endangered black rhinos. It hosts a wide variety of animals, including the ‘Big five’, plus many bird species. On a clear day, and normally in the morning, you may have panoramic views of Mt Kenya and her snow-capped peaks.

your stay here, you will also visit the 200-acre Chimpanzee sanctuary that has been set up here. Although chimps are not indigenous to Kenya,
the aim of the project, initiated by Lonrho East Africa. Kenya Wildlife Services and the Jane Goodall Institute, was to set up a colony where
chimps could be introduced, rehabilitated and taught to fend for themselves in an area similar to their natural living conditions. Priority is given
to orphaned and abused chimps.

Breakfast, pick up and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park to arrive in time for lunch. The Park is one of Kenya's most famous national parks, renowned for its stunning scenery and rich biodiversity. Famous for its vast flocks of flamingos that gather on the lake, creating a breathtaking pink shoreline, especially during the rainy season. A Rhino Sanctuary provides the opportunity to see the black rhinos, lions, leopards, giraffes, and numerous species of birds.

Early breakfast, check out and drive to the northernmost extension of the Serengeti Plains and one of the richest wildlife Game Reserves, the Masai Mara. The Mara is home to the awesome, black-manned lion, the elusive leopard, stately giraffes, vast herds of elephants, rhino, thundering herds of zebra, migrating wildebeest and numerous other plains game. You arrive at the camp for lunch. After lunch depart for an afternoon game-viewing drive. Enjoy dinner and overnight at the camp.

A full day’s safari in one of the world’s most famous reserves, offering an abundance of herbivores, the Mara makes the ideal hunting ground for Kenya’s famous ‘Big cats’ and hosts her largest population of lions. Historically teeming with wildlife, the Mara is famous for the large herds of elephant and buffalo that wander its plains, and for the annual migration of the wildebeest.
Take the opportunity to fly over the Mara in a Hot Air Balloon provided at extra cost. The balloon package includes a champagne breakfast in the wild! If you can spare the money, viewing an abundant game afloat a balloon is an unforgettable experience. Alternatively visit a Masai village and learn the Masai culture.

Enjoy breakfast then check-out. Unbelievable but true, our good bush moments have come to an end. We bid farewell to our wonderful camp manager and his team then depart back to Nairobi. Not empty handed though. With us are photographs – a capture of the special moments we have had on this tour to immortalise the experience.
You will arrive in Kenya’s bustling capital city Nairobi in the afternoon whereby you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home depending on your departure timings.
